EXHIBITION STATEMENT
LINKED, an MFA thesis exhibition by Hakyoung Kim, is a collection of ceramic artwork representing ideas about interconnected relationships and our shared essence. Kim’s art shows that all living and non-living things exist as one single organic being, perpetually connected through cause and effect. Clay is malleable, imprinted with the essence of all things; our existence is remembered by the material.
